Overview

For this project I collaborated closely with the development and marketing teams at CHS in Eagan, MN to create a tool that would allow salespeople to customize catalogs with specific products and personal touches so their customers can more quickly and easily find what they’re looking for.

Problem

CHS doesn’t have capacity to print customized catalogs for all their sales affiliates which leads to products being listed for customers when they aren’t actually available. As a secondary goal, allowing salespeople to modify and print their own material would reduce the amount of paper and other printing materials and save CHS money

Solution

Create a robust online wizard that, will generate a custom catalog with only the available products that can be printed by customers. This will allow the CHS salesforce to better drive customers to certain products and avoid telling customers what products they don’t currently carry or aren’t trying to sell.
